Who are you to pop up on my credit profile?

Nimble group who are you? Suddenly you are popping up on my credit report and I have no idea who you are and had no business or contact with you so how is that? I don't remember getting into any engagement with you or me owing you anything. This is so wrong and I'm failing to be understand how it is you suddenly pop up out of nowhere without even a warning. 😡
