WHAT A JOKE

Firstly I am really p'd off with this company because firstly you wait 20 minutes to get through to a consultant, then when you do get through and mention your query they HANG THE PHONE UP in your face until you get rude with them and at the end of all this they still have not resolved your issue. Also, every consultant has a different story and as soon as you make your payment it's as if they are all MIA or playing dumb. Not happy at all!!!!
