Watch your debit orders

Two debit orders were taken off my account by Nimble Group. I have never signed a debit order / stop order with this company. Nashua Mobile gave them my bank account details and they debited my account using Nashua Mobile's name. In spite of lengthy e-mail exchanges, I am now receiving threatening smses.
