Waiting for a Paid Up Latter till Jesus Gets Back

Do I need to Drive down to Durban or wherever your Offices are in order for me to get a Paid up letter for an Account I Closed 3 Months ago with you guys, Calling your Offices has to be the Worst nightmare because All your Staff (Consultants) Keeps on telling me same old same old Stories that the Letter has been sent blah blah, then next day the Other tells me that You guys are still waiting for the Letter from the Client!!! Can someone Please Explain what the F is Holding you back from sending my Letter ???
