Waiting 6 months for paid up letter!!

Good Day

I have requested my paid up letter multiple times with no success. No response just being ignorged for the past 6 months.

This is very frustrating as it has been holding up the clearance process.

Very disappoint service, I guess Nimble group only knows how to contact people when you owe them money but once you done paying they dont care.

Maybe harrasing Nimble group the same way they harrased me will help in me geeting my paid up letter.
