VUT Account

In 2014 I recieved a call from one of the consultant which was Dumisa Mthembu about the VUT account. I agrred that they must debit me sincr I know that i am owing VUT. Dumisa said since I have agreed to pay ,there will be no interest charge till i finish my payment. 2016 March was my last payment and I even went to VUT ITS website balance was 0.00. I even went to VUT to collect my certificate.

At VUT they gave me email address of Catherine to communicate with her and found out if on their side i don't owe anything. I did sent an email on this date 29 July 2016. She asked me for my student number of which i did give her after that she didn't reply back .

2017 January I received a call saying when am I going to pay VUT account and I was confused because BTech certificate is with me now. Then how come am I owing this much amount . Even now I am still receiving those call and I don't know how to explain anymore

Good Day

Thank you for replying .

Kindly hear my story, as I been explaining The first call I received from DUmisa Mthembu in 2014 was “since I have agreed that I owe VUT and Nimble group can carry debt me, there will be no interest charges . I will also be very have I you can get that call record since ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED.

Another thing in 2016 July ,I did sent an email to Catherine asking if she can tell me how much I am owing there was no reply. According to me I assume ,I don’t owe anything.

And how come your calls are charging so much. I am willing to pay half of that amount since I was told that there will be no interest charges.
