Utterly outraged

Good day,

Nimble Group decided to contact me after 3 years of know my debt was prescribed to set up a payment arrangement. Furthermore, they have placed a block on my bank account to ensure they debit money which is no loner owed to them, They registered my whole debt as an instalment, making it impossible for me to obtain credit until the full amount is paid. This is ********* and I had recently raised a dispute with Transunion and the outcome was in my favor. Transunion removed them from my credit report, however, they are still deducting money. Shady and unprofressional are only some of the words I can think of. I saw another review where they supposedly let the client know their debt was prescribed, however, they did not offer me the same courtesy and rather contacted me, knowing my debt is prescribed.
