useless company

I have requested a paid up letter for the pass year and still have not received anything.

This is still sitting on my credit report and It will not be removed until I receive the paid up letter.

they have a chat service which no one ever answer when calling them no one ever answers that to what it the point of having all these ways to contact but can not get through.

CAN I JUST GET THE PAID UP LETTER
