Useless agency

If I had a choice id put zero stars ,nimble is just a ****en stupid useless agency I wish there was a way one can report them as it's a **********.

Currently I have both nimble and Wonga active on my credit report , fun enough nimble has increased my debt with 400 how I don't know,I have tried calling,and sending emails no response even went on their website to enquire about this issue no response.

What I don't understand no communication was made with me regarding this yet the debt keeps increasing in a month already 400 has accumulated based on what percentage or agreement I don't know.

Can someone please help me honestly report this ********** cause I don't believe what is happening is legally,how can two same account be active ,even worse one is now accumulating interest to top it off
