USELESS -
These people are so useless. I have paid up my account over two years ago and they have not removed my information from their database and have been dealing with Zinzi since October 2024 and she has been of no help and continuously being escalated.

I do not only expect you to remove me from your automated dialler, but I expect you to remove this nonsense from my credit report. I do not expect this type of auto generated response that you give to everyone who writes a horrible review about you and your company (which is warranted).
I have been fighting with your company for close to a year to do something about this but yet you sit on it and do nothing, your so called managers are always in meeting... managing absolute bull****. You have 24 hours to remove this and send me a letter showing that I do not owe you and that my details were sold to you and by whom.
I WILL NOT STOP WRITING ON HELLOPETER UNTIL YOU RECTIFY THIS AND I WILL TAKE IT UP FURTHER IF YOU DO NOT STOP THIS NONSENSE
