Unresolved Prescription Claim and Harassment - Urgent Complaint against Nimble Group Pty Ltd

I'm infuriated by the mishandling of my prescription claim. Despite the acknowledgment of the prescription status, the resolution is grossly delayed, and I'm now bombarded with misleading SMS notifications.

I've relentlessly followed up through calls, emails, and conversations with your representatives, all promising a swift resolution. Yet, these assurances are empty, reflecting poorly on your company and violating the Prescription Act of South Africa.

The recent practice of sending SMS notifications claiming missed payments is not only inaccurate but downright harassment. Such unprofessional actions breach trust and legal rights.

I shouldn't have to escalate this matter publicly just to get your attention, but it seems necessary. If immediate action isn't taken to provide the required prescription letter and rectify the situation, I will report these practices to relevant authorities.

Instead i am getting contacted about I do not even know now all because I raised a concern about a case.
