Unprofessional rude behavior

I was called on Monday the 01 of June 2015 ,by nimble collections by a lady called Pinky Mashaba ,I asked regarding what account she calling me ad she said standard bank at 20:00 at night she failed to give me a reason what this account is for and why it was handed over ,then she just asked if im an idiot and hang up .<br> how can Standard bank employ such companies with bad reputations
