Unprofessional Conduct, Harassment, and Rudeness from Chante Norton

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the continued harassment and unprofessional behavior I have experienced from Nimble Group, specifically from a representative named Chante Norton.

Despite having a payment arrangement in place, I have been receiving repeated, unnecessary communications that are not only dismissive but blatantly rude. In particular, the tone and language used by Ms. Norton in her recent email correspondence were uncalled for and disrespectful. She falsely claimed that no formal arrangement exists—even though payments have been made consistently under agreed terms.

What is even more frustrating is the insinuation that I am being uncooperative or dishonest, when in fact I have gone out of my way to maintain communication and meet my obligations. The phrase “you remain liable for all interest and fees” was delivered in a harsh tone, completely disregarding the effort I’ve made to keep my account in good standing. Moreover, directing me to the complaints department with no effort to resolve the matter felt dismissive and scripted.

The harassment I am experiencing has now escalated to a level that I can only describe as absurd and completely unacceptable. I feel bul**** by a system that refuses to acknowledge formal agreements, and I am now forced to seek external help.

I request an immediate investigation into this matter, a formal apology from Ms. Norton, and a confirmation in writing that my current arrangement will be respected moving forward without further ************.
