Unprofessional and *********** debt collectors

I had a sleep masters account which has been settled and they keep on calling me regarding it. When I mention that I have settled the account and ask them to send me and email so I can forward my paid up letter, they keep hanging up on my ear.

I have a Bradlows account handed over to them, I have asked for a settlement amount but they fail to give me because they have not allocated my last payment. I'm being delayed for 3 weeks now.
