Unprofessional
I have just checked my credit file and noticed this nimble group on it, I’ve called your call center and they explained it had to do with a cell c contract which I have closed. I told her to provide proof of this debt which she was not able to provide and the lady on the line was extremely unprofessional and put me on hold, only to find out she transferred me back into the queue.
