Unknown debts claimed by the company

I have an issue with your company as they keep appearing on my credit profile, i have called the company and spoke to a guy named Monwabisi and explained to me that the account might have been handed over to the company and the account was cleared due no activity in it and i stated that i don't know any account with nimble i have never been informed with any account in any debt collectors. I have all the records on my phone that i don't owe Nimble and i never had an account with them. I don't have any debt that i owe. I'm fully aware that ever since i started working i have never opened any account excluding banking account. I would like you to please stop doing ********** collections. Please close the account as i am tired of calling your company every day for one thing. I JUST NEED MY NAME TO BE REMOVED ON YOUR DATA BASE BECAUSE I DONT OWE YOU ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should this issue still be there when I pull my credit report again in 24-48 hours i will escalate this with the credit ombudsman. REMOVE YOUR COMPANY UNDER MY CREDIT REVIEW BECAUSE I DONT OWE YOU ANYTHING
