Unhappy

I opened an account with Mr Price in 2016 but after two weeks of not getting the phone I cancelled the contract. Now Nimble Group has Started harassing me for payment, for a phone that I never received. I have send them an Affidavit stating my problem. But until now they are refusing to remove my name even though I have sent them the E-mails from Mr Price stating that I canceled the contract with them.
