********* DEBT COLLECTION TACTICS
I've calling this company with no luck of assistance, they are **********ly claiming I interrupted a prescription on an account they say was opened in 2011 which in actual fact was opened in 2016. I did not pay any money at Shoprite as I'm not working. The account prescribed and they refusing to accept it since they bought it from Capitec.
I'm ready to take the next step and report your company to the Ombudsman as well as the COUNCIL FOR DEBT Collectors.

19 Oct 2021, 22:17The company is a ****. No one knows anything, they kept me holding for more than 20 minutes each time I call them requesting for answers. They keep on telling me they'll escalate the matter and call me back. Im still to receive any assistance from them.

Stop with this ********* tactic, don't you care about customer service?? Don't you care that you are always rated badly? You will be hearing from the Ombudsman. I will also sent your founders emails as you clearly can't do your jobs.
