unauthorized actions

1stly an Unauthorized debit order. 2ndly my balance is sky rocketing instead of decreasing because of the ridiculous interest they are adding. When I queried they said I have to pay more with what?? I don't think this is lawful as it is not what was agreed upon. I was better off owing instead of paying anything.

Nimble needs to rectify these problems quickly before I take legal action.
