*****ulent credit activities

Hi, my name is Ndumiso Zwane, i just had this companies name on my report this month. How does this happen? I've never even heard of this company.. Yet i owe them R5000?? Could someone direct me as to where i can contact the board of ethics? Because this is outrageous and absurd! Who are these people that just randomly show up on your credit score without any interactions.. This can't be allowed to persist! Who's allowing people to just do this onr credit scores? Now that they have made themselves my problem, could someone advise on where i can officially log a complaint with the ethics board. Please assist.
