On the 11th Feb. 2025 I called Nimble credit solutions , the lady is rude she is clueless when I am asking her questions she is fishing my information to recover debts that was settled long time ago, its the first time I am hearing about them the incompetency will ruin people's credits, i want a management to do their job

today is the 21st of February 2025 i have not received a call from Nimble all i am receiving is SMS and emails you guys still trying to collect for the account that was settled in 2022 , you dont deserve to be in the financial sector, even after i have sent you guys the proof that the account was paid, please clarify what do you guys want from me what you are doing is *****!!!!! I wish some public broadcast can see this since i am not the only one so that you can answer publicly because on this platform its just copy and paste answer for everybody you guys are pathetic!!!!!
