*****ulent activity!

I received an sms from this company end of last year containing a link to pay my MTN account and I clicked on the link and made the payment thinking that I was paying an account of my own. It turns out that this message was meant for a staff member that worked at my company about 6 years ago and he had defaulted on a payment but he had given them my number as an "additional number" so they sent messages to all these numbers hoping that someone will pay. I got caught like this and this constitutes *****. It is ******* to give out other people's numbers as your own and so the fact that Nimble didn't bother to confirm that the person actually owns that number and sent the message anyway means that they are participating in *****ulent activity. I reported the issue twice and they requested a police affidavit and proof that the funds had been paid by myself yet they have done nothing about it. This company is collecting debts on behalf of other companies in a *****ulent manner and they should be closed down with immediate effect!
