Total bull*****

<p>The sent me an sms requesting payment,problem was they sent me different amounts due,I made a payment of R2800 and according to Wesley Khan,who confirmed the deposit and told me that they were due to refund me R1600,they never did and instead they keep telling me stories and every single consultant gives me a different story,it's been over 10 days since the deposit was made,they made me send them documents acting as though they were doing it to refund me but it's been one lie after another and they have no idea what they are talking about. I am frustrated,I went as far as posting on Facebook and nothing works and as per the consumer protection acts,my rights as a consumer have been abused,I know I am entitled to demand a refund and thus far I have been very patient. I am gonna call the ombudsmen now and see what they have to say about this particular issue,maybe you dealing with them will make you act accordingly.</p>
