Threatening calls with no information on how to make a payment arrangement?? Im under debt counseling!?

Wonga handed over my account this is currently with debt counseling after 1 month of a missed payment i was not even aware of? I have debt counseling with Debt busters - i can provide you with all signed contracts showing wonga was aware of this.

Further, i received a phone call from someone at 17:19 on 05 April 2023, i then advised her im on debt counseling and she advised this will be on my profile and you will sort this out with the debt counselor.

Literally a few minutes later at 17:28 a different lady phoned me, didnt even give me a chance to talk and said "I can see no payment arrangements are made etc." Noone even gave me a way to make a payment arrangement! I want both recordings of these phone calls provided to my email address ***.

How do i sort this out? I have debt counseling to literally sort this out and now this? Noone even told me how to make a payment arrangement

Happy to provide my contracts, but this was literally handed over today and i have no information?????? How do i resolve this?
