They debited to disturbed a prescribed debt

Good day why was money taken out of my account and claiming that I have made an arrangement on a prescribed and closed account.. all I did was to send an email stating that I need a prescribed letter from both African bank account but nimble had to lie and say I made an arrangement I don't even know who u guys are I just saw ur name on my credit profile... Please fix that mistake that u guys made.

Kindly be advised that I'm requesting a prescription letter on behalf of African Bank

I'm fully aware that I have the right to log a prescription as per the Prescription Act 68 of 1969 According to NCR.
