They can't fix an account that was handed to them by mistake

<p>They told me I owed money to a company which already sorted out the error on their side.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told them to refer to the company which handed over the incorrect info to confirm this.</p> <p> </p> <p>They just told me the other company did not reach out to them, so I asked them why not rather make an effort to contact them instead and told them I'm unintalling their app and they can call me if what I informed them about is not correct.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not contacting you at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just sharing my experience.<br /><br />In a nutshell, they only do effort if they can get money.</p> <p> </p> <p>As per POPI can you also delete all my info as you have no business with it. Thanks.</p>
