The Worst enemies of progress

I have paid my account in full, Nimle Group consultant called and confirmed this to an extent that they will send me an email to confirm that my account is clear which they didn't even now. Worse is that I saw an amount appearing on my credit score which they have said they will fix and clear it because I don't owe anything, and even today they are not doing so, when I call they cut my calls. That time this is impacting with my credit score and messing my fiancials up.
