The NCA should investigate the nimble group
This company harassed me till i settle an account that was outstanding after settling the account in September 2022 its now December they have not provided me with a paid-up letter nor have they removed the account from the credit bureau its pointless paying your account if doesn't get removed i should have just not paid this account it wouldn't have made any difference .
