Terrible service

I am absolutely disgusted with this business it's been over a month and my query is still not resolved I have been dealing with Wesley kilne khan and Amy-Leigh Kleinbooi, I have been asked by both to send them through proof of payment with has been done several times and I'm still not assisted they insist I owe them a large amount when I have almost paid this bill off and they refuse to agree or even look at the proof submitted, I am harassed on a daily for this account and it's disgusting
