Terrible service.

I settled an account via an arranged settlement agreement with their attorneys GL Attorneys back in November. They simply refuse to update the record on the credit bureau and instead have listed the account as in arrears. Despite numerous attempts to ask them to update it and having furnished them with a confirmation of settlement letter from their attorneys and proof of the settlement payment, they have not done anything about it.
