Stop Contacting Me – Account Fully Settled with Cell C

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this email out of complete frustration regarding the ongoing and unnecessary harassment from your company.

For the past few months, Nimble has been calling me repeatedly regarding a Cell C account that you claim is still outstanding. Let me be very clear:

This account was fully settled with Cell C. I have a paid-up letter confirming the settlement. I do not owe your company anything.

Despite sending your agents the settlement documentation multiple times, Nimble continues to contact me demanding an additional R500. This behaviour is unacceptable.

I have also confirmed with the credit bureau that Cell C has not yet updated the account status on their side — but that is Cell C’s internal failure, not mine. I have met all my obligations and settled the account in full.

Therefore, I am demanding the following from Nimble:

Stop calling me immediately.

Update your records to close this matter permanently.

Acknowledge that the account reflects as settled on your system.

I will not entertain any further calls or messages regarding this account. If this harassment continues, I will escalate this issue to the Credit Ombudsman and the National Credit Regulator (NCR), and I will provide proof of the settlement letter, call logs, and communication history.

Put simply: I paid this account in full. Stop contacting me.
