still listed as i owe them on credit bureau even though the account is paid off

I used to owe nimble group however the account was settled in June 2021 and i got the settlement letter but I'm still listed in credit credit bureau as i still owe them.

i called them and the lady who picked up the phone said its my responsibility to make credit bureau remove me and upon asking why is my responsibility the lady hung up the phone on me
