*****ing Money

So this situation started around 2 years ago,

Cartrack tried to ***** my vehicle and I showed them the evidence, they cancelled my account and contract, then they formally apologized, Today (30/04/2021) I get a letter from this company stating that I owe them in excess of R7000 for an account closed many many months ago.

WHAT ON EARTH, now I cannot reach them, tried calling multiple times, tried using the whatsapp service multiple times. how else am I going to get these people off my account, I have other complaints on here stating the situation on my cartrack account, this is how I resolved the situation many many months ago.

People, please be careful with this company, I do not know how you will ever get rid of this company, other people experiencing the exact same problem, even if your account is paid up.

How is a company like this in business. PLEASE can someone phone me so we can get this situation sorted. This must go to Carte Blanche.
