Statement Required

I am disgusted with the kind of service received from Nimble Collections. I called on the 26th August requesting my Statement so I can keep track of my payments up to this no statement has been received from them. I'm always told the request is with the administrators. It's close to a month now that I requested my statement. If only they were efficient with helping with their request like they are quick to call you and demand that you pay. Their service sucks big time and they need to re-evaluate how they treat people. I want my statement its more than 7 working days or how do they count their days. They think that they deal with stupid people they need to think again. Should I not receive my statement I'm taking this matter further I'm sick and tired of their incompetency and lies when dealing with people.
