STANDARD BANK CREDIT CARD PAID UP LETTER

<p>On 30 June 2017, I settled a Standard bank account which was handed over to creditworx. I was sent and settlement letter and told that I would get a paid up letter within 7 days when I had paid. We are on day 15 and I still have not received my paid up letter. Despite me calling in for two days in a row and being made to hold for over 30 miniutes in two days where I was eventullay that told it would be e-mailed with 48 hours. But still nothing has been recived!</p> <p> </p> <p>Over and above that they are harrassing about a nashua account that was settled in 2009/10. I told them that I do not have proof of payment as I was banking with another bank and its been over 6 years why did they not collect all along. I also told them that I wiould go to the police for an affidavit but still I am being harrased.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bottom line is I want my paid up leeter , my ITC needs to be updated. These call cenre agents are really playing with my well being. What annoys me the most is being sent from pillar to post and lies by the agents working for creditworx . I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER!</p>
