should shut down because you cant get hold of anyone

I don't know why these guys are even running. I have tried their Johannesburg numbers and the lines seem to be down because no one can hear me, then I tried their cape town number and I help on for half an hour at a time and still no luck, I then added the watsapp number they give you while you holding and I watsapped and still no luck, then I emailed them and still no luck. now I added the app they tell you to add so you can chat online, and guess what???? still no luc****!!! I just want a balance so I can settle my account but you cannot get through to them in any channel
