SHOCKING SERVICE

DISGUSTING AND ARROGANT!!!!!! I paid up an account of R1800 for a Truworth's debt i had. Very eagerly an agent by the name of Zinzi Zima told me to pay into Pay shap as the payment clears immediately and i did that ! I then asked her WHEN WILL MY PAID UP LETTER BE RECIEVED, she informed me 7 to 14 working days which i had no issue with, i then have had to keep asking her and following up with her where she got irritated with me and told me all i have been asking for is the paid up letter since day 1 !!!!!! How dare you be so disrespectful! Lo and behold today i again have had to email her to ask WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY LETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would just like some feedback PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
