Shocking Service and Customer Support
Have been waiting for 6 months for an agent to call me back after numerous promises by the Nimble Call centre via email confirming dates and times. They are quick to threaten one with legal action regarding outstanding payments on an account. But when they need to honor a meeting call to explain why the threats then its a NO SHOW FROM them.
