Settled the loan but they still accumulate the debt
My Fasta loan was handed over to them and i requested a settlement letter and it was sent to me. I owed R3828.50 and i paid R3830 within few hours, today they say i still owe R940.78 when i requested a payment letter. Please stop being a ****. resolve this
