Can someone get back to me before I go crazy. Last month money was debited as usual my balance was R40 then you added R20 okay I was aware that R60 will be debited this month which is final payment. Now today which is day before my debit date, I get an sms saying R90 is due. Where is this additional R30 coming from. Because the website says R60 and sms is telling me about. Try debiting R90 instead is R60 tomorrow there'll be hell to pay. WhatsApp system and your chat system is appalling, your agents are clueless. Fix this issue.
