**** of a loan I never took

I have been checking my credit profile and this Nimble group was not appearing but it shows when I use Sanlam to check my report that am owing "Nimble Group" and I don't even know these people. I Google their details it shows they are attorneys and I got their numbers but when I call their Sandton branch their receptionist (Thandeka), says she is transferring me but no one answers and when I call again she keeps on hanging up. This is really giving me sleepless nights because I wasn't even working and they say I took a loan. How how?
