Rude agents

Is there customer service or experience or courteous support given to your agents. I was called by an agent earlier today at 11:08, she was plain rude exposing herself that she lacks maturity, exposing her background. I wish she could have spoken to me face to face. She called me while I was at school with my daughter and son being spoken to like that. Tried my best to be civil. Train your agents irrespective if someone defaulted in their debt that is not how to speak to a debtor.
