Refusal of letter of arrangement
I requested an arrangement letter that is needed for my new appointment at work. I called more Tuesday they said they sent it but didn't called for a follow-up Thursday twice. Still same response when I called for the 3rd time they number didn't go through. I can't be appointed because of this.
