Refund drama
<p>This particular company has been sending me messages repeatedly requesting that I make a payment for my Edgars account which was handed over to them,the messages I received all had different amounts due which led to me overpaying by R1600 which was confimed by wesley Kline,I made the deposit on the 25 of October and was told to send documents which included my id and bank statement of the person I which to send the account to and their I'd no and a letter stating I need to be refunded,I did all that and now wesley is telling me that my account is a Joburg account and he can't help me ,didn't he check that small fact before he gave me false hope? I am deeply disappointed with your service, I'm gonna spread the word on social media and everywhere and everyone who is willing to listen to never and I mean never trust your company again,you are a bunch of ****** that is why you've been sending me messages with different amounts,you don't even know how much it is I owe Edgars</p>

I just received a call from your consultants right not and they telling me that they will not be refunding my money because I owe jet,what is jet have to do with my edgars account,I was paying the edgars account which is the one I had a reference from,I still had plans of paying the jet account. It is not up to nimble to dictate how to share my money for different accounts as if I'm running away,I am the one who contacted you to find out how to pay and you sent me the Edgars reference and I prioritised that now I need to pay school fees,my kids need to write their exams and I was planning to pay jet month end,I want that money refunded ASAP or else I'm gonna take the legal route because according to the law you guys have no right to take my money and do as you please,remember that as per the law if I don't hear from the company for 3 years the debt doesn't exist anymore but me being the upstanding citizen I am I still made the effort to pay. That money is mine and I want it by end of business today
