Refund

My pay just now account is with them and of which its settled. My mistake was to pay more and now Im struggling to get my refund.The last time I spoke to PayJustNow now they said they didnt receive any extra money and it has been more than 7months asking for 1 thing😡😡😡😡.My account was handed over to you , why is it difficult for you to ask them to refund?I paid to you and your guys paid them.My money us with you guys and we are working very hard for our money.You are all selfish and inconsiderate,treating your customer badly.Roewayda Isaac I paid it to you guys and you only sent me a settlement letter of whichbit doesnt say anything about the extra money paid to you.Even the app still say I still owe them ,even after 7months😡😡😡😡😡.
