Records not updated by Nimble

I had an account with Mix Telematics which was owing R162. I paid the account in June with Telematics, i got the paid up letter and Nimble requested the same which was shared, they promised on the 12 August that they will update their records and the credit Bureau, yet its not done, i am still reflecting as in arrears and account open. when i call them im told account is closed by Nikita Valensky.
