R10 000 deduction approval - Nimble feedback

Once again VERY VERY BAD feedback from an OPS Manager at Nimble... She phoned me yesterday in connection of the R10 000 deduction from my account THAT NIMBLE ATHORISED when I explained in my phoned call to Nimble that I cant make the full payment of my account due to my wife that is pregnant and lost her work due to the preganancy. Then Nimble went without my concent and approved ABSA to take R10 000 from my account. Well the OPS Manager told me yesterday she will come back to me in an hours time.....YET AGAIN IM WAITING FOR THEIR FEEDBACK, Exceptinal service!!!!
