R10 000 deduction

Between Nimble and Absa bank, one of the two approved a R10 000 deduction from my account without my concent, at first I had an agreement with LGR attorneys, never did I sign an agreement with Nimble, so if my agreement with LGR was for R500, and I informed Nimble why I could not pay my R500 last month why the HELL TAKE R10 000 now from my account!!!! I need answers today!!
