Pushing people to suicide

Nimble Group has been harassing my husband for a couple of months during 2019. He has explained to them he was unemployed and not able to make any payments at the time. I have also sent an e-mail to them, putting in writing the fact that he was unable to make any payments due to his unemployment. In my e-mail I also requested that they stop harassing my husband as with unemployment comes depression. I understand they are just doing their jobs, but I find them heartless people that do not care about the well being of others. They carried on harassing my husband until he committed suicide in early November 2019. When I answered yet another call after his passing, the attitude was "prove it!". I have since sent the death certificate to them 3 times (the last one bounced back as an incorrect e-mail address was supp****) and yet they cannot even manage to update their system! I am wondering how many other people they have harassed so badly that they have also committed suicide as that seems to be the only way to get away from them.
