Promised lies with regards to no interests
Good day
I would like to understand why am I still being charged interest on this account? I pay R300 expecting that the money keeps dropping however it is like I am paying like half of it as after paying there seems to be no difference, I was promised that my account won't have interest as long as I don't skip payments which I haven't, in fact I pay very early most times. Infact even a recent sms from nimble asked me to pay R250 no interests what is going on here ? Is it a problem to pay early ? Where are these interests coming from if I was promised no interests?

07 Mar 2024, 10:47Your responses claim that I have been reversing debit orders not only is this true it's utter *******, I paid early for both January and February guess what I was penalised for that, both fees which where added to my profile of non payment need to removed as I paid via eft on both occasions, it is unbelievable how one gets to be penalised for paying early, not only will I transfer this to my lawyers I will also involve NCR I am sick of lies from this company how can I reverse a debit check unless I go to the branch exactly?
